Phillips-Van Heusen Corp. and Gemini Cosmetics, Inc. announced that they have entered into a license agreement under which Gemini Cosmetics will market and distribute fragrances for men and for women under PVH’s IZOD brand. The new IZOD fragrances will capture the energy and vitality of the active lifestyle that has made the IZOD brand a household name for years. A men’s fragrance will launch in Spring 2008. A women’s fragrance will follow. The fragrances will be targeted for distribution at major department stores and specialty stores nationwide.
